How do I unlock access after registration?
After successful registration and payment confirmation, access is activated automatically on your account. If you don’t see the program right away, refresh the page and make sure you’re signed in with the same email.
I forgot my password. How do I recover my account?
On the login page, choose the password reset option and enter the email you registered with. We’ll send you a link to set a new password.
What’s the difference between Premium and Premium+?
Premium (4 cards) tracks shorter sequences and uses a database formatted around four cards from the machine history. Premium+ adds a fifth card for sequence tracking (as shown in the full machine history visible before each double), which significantly increases accuracy.
Can I pause my membership?
Right now you can cancel before the next billing cycle, and pausing is available through support for certain situations. Contact us and we’ll outline the options for your plan.
How do I use CARD PREDICTOR correctly?
Enter the latest cards in order as they appeared (left to right). The tool looks up how many times that exact combination appeared in the database and what card most often came next. The most relevant result is suggested. After each suggestion you must confirm whether it was correct using the “yes” or “no” buttons so the database can grow and accuracy improves over time.
Does ROULETTE PREDICTOR work in real time?
Yes. The tool tracks results and table patterns in real time, and recommendations update as the input changes.
Which payment methods are supported?
We currently support debit/credit cards, crypto payments in 10+ currencies, and Revolut. For bank transfers from Serbia/Bosnia and Herzegovina/Montenegro, and payments via Mozzart, MaxBet, AdmiralBet, Abon, XBon, Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, and PayPal, please contact us via the official Instagram profile listed in the footer for exact instructions.
What if the payment goes through but access isn’t activated?
Send the transaction number and your account email via the support form or the official Instagram page. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Are my data safe on the platform?
Yes. We apply standard security practices to protect accounts and data. We also recommend using a strong password and not sharing access with others.
Is account sharing allowed?
Yes. The same account can be used on up to 2 devices. Sharing access on more than two devices results in permanent account termination, without the right to a refund or appeal.
How fast do you reply to messages?
Support typically responds the same day, and no later than within 24 hours on business days. For urgent cases, include details and a screenshot.
Can I get help with my first use?
Yes. New members get basic onboarding guidance, and support can provide additional explanations for specific tools.
